Today, at Green Leader Environmental & Sustainability Services, we highlight #InternationalRecyclingDay, a key date to reflect on our environmental impact and the importance of adopting sustainable practices. Recycling not only conserves natural resources and reduces pollution but also significantly contributes to the fight against climate change.

In our mission to contribute to the change towards a greener future, we want to recommend some simple steps that we can all adopt to improve our recycling practices:

Know and follow the recycling guidelines of the city where we live. Each city has its own recycling points or locations. Let’s find out where they are and start taking what we recycle there.

♻ Reduce and reuse before recycling. Let’s minimize the use of disposable products and opt for reusable alternatives. This is an excellent way to reduce our ecological footprint.

➗ Properly separate waste. Let’s ensure that recyclable materials are clean and dry before placing them in the appropriate bin. This way, we avoid recycling contamination.
